New Barcelona signing Luis Suarez banned from public unveiling.
FIFA has told the La Liga club that it will not be allowed to make a public unveiling for their new signing Luis Suarez.
Suarez will not receive a warm Nou camp welcome from fans while he serves a four month ban for biting Giorgio Chiellini.
FIFA has confirmed in a statement, that a public unveiling event will not be permitted while the ban remains in force.
In a statement by FIFA's head of media Delia Fischer who told Press Association Sport:
"The ban relates to all football-related activity.
"He cannot be in a football-related public event irrespective of the venue"
"He cannot even be involved in a football-related charity event".
