Luis Filipe to Chelsea a 'done deal'.
The left-back has been subject to increased speculation about making a switch from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid to Chelsea FC.
However it was confirmed on Chelsea FC official website, read:
"Chelsea football club can confirm an agreement has been reached with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Filipe Luis".
Luis was a key player for La Liga champions Atletico Madrid, and also performed well for the spanish club to reach the 2013/14 Champions League final.
