Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has announced his 25-man squad for the pre-season tour of the USA, and he has also included six youth players.
Van Gaal has fufilled the promises he made during his press conference as United manager that every single one of United squad will get the chance to prove themselves.
25-man squad:
De Gea, Lindergaard, Amos, Johnstone, Rafael, Evans, Smalling, Jones, Shaw, Blackett, Mkeane, James, Herrera, Cleverly, Fletcher, Young, Zaha, Kagawa, Mata, Valencia, Nani, Lingard, Welbeck, Rooney, W.Keane.
Herrera, a 24-year old midfielder signed from Atletico Bilbao, told the club's website:
"The tour will be a new experience for me.
"It will be my first time outside Europe.All the people have told me there are lot of United fans in America, and i can't wait to play in front of them.
United will play their first match of the tour against Los Angeles Galaxy next Thursday before taking on Roma, Inter Milan, and Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup.
